In a book full of vampire spies, vampire rogues, and shapeshifting vampires, you might find you have no idea who to trust. I often thought one thing, only to find out I was wrong, and it was fun to try to figure out who was good and bad in this vampire/spy novel.
Abigail Starland is one tough vampire cookie. She is very no nonsense and doesn't like to be told what to do. She softens as she falls in love with Zac the teenage boy she is protecting. But also has to become more diligent in order to save his life. I like Zac, he seems wise beyond his years, and more adult than a lot of the adults in the book. I could easily fall for him, even though I am far beyond my teenage years. As the book progressed, I loved it even more. The action scenes were well described and I was so into them, I couldn't stand to put the book down.

The Unfaithful Widow
By: J.S. Wilsoncroft

5.0 out of 5 stars a perfect love story, absolutely perfectApril 24, 2012

You know Murphy's Law 'If anything can go wrong, it will?' Well that's Tess' life. Just when she thought that losing her husband of almost twenty years, the only man she had ever been with, would be her breaking point, she learns of his indiscretion. And it nearly kills her. Anger and revenge may be Tess' downfall *Enter Prince Charming* At the most prefect time, Greg enters her life and she is experiencing feelings she never felt with Darren. But Murphy's Law makes another appearance and Tess believes she has had all she can take in the department of losing loved ones.I knew, I knew, I just knew I would love this book after reading Wilsoncroft's short story, Remembering Zane. And I was so right. I inhaled this one from start to finish, in less than a day. The storyline was crazy good and oh so different. I never saw the curve balls coming. I loved the fairy tale aspect to the story and thought the romance was truly beautiful. Who doesn't long for that love at first sight kind of feeling? Well, Wilsoncroft wrote it so perfectly.I love the high a good book brings on, and The Unfaithful Widow kept that high going long after the book was over. Read it and let me know what you think. Raise your hand when you're done and tell me you would love to see more of these fun, amazing characters. I know I do. I love when average people get the fairy tale. And, in my opinion, Wilsoncroft wrote a perfect love story.
